Working at a news radio station that gets airs a lot of political ads, I’ve been inundated.
There has been so much Tammy Baldwin slander. And that’s partially because the spending on this race is insane.
Here is a listen of things that she has sponsored or cosponsored that have been that passed and were bi-partisan
- Her Buy America provision was included in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill.
- Second, though it was Sherrod Brown’s bill, the FEND Off Fentanyl Act was supported by Baldwin and Brown in this article says she was critical in getting it passed.
- S.610 – Protecting Medicare and American Farmers from Sequester Cuts Act
- S.2661 – National Suicide Hotline Designation Act of 2020
- S.785 – Commander John Scott Hannon Veterans Mental Health Care Improvement Act of 2019
- S.2278 – An act to amend the Public Health Service Act to provide grants to improve health care in rural areas

She has also:
- Fought for lower drug prices: Baldwin has successfully championed initiatives that have lowered prescription drug prices for Wisconsinites, with savings averaging around $1,000 annually for seniors on Medicare due to her advocacy.
- She proposed a Shrinkflation bill: aimed at countering deceptive pricing practices, which can leave consumers paying more for less
- She is also the author of the GO PACK GO bill – she just wants everyone in every Wisconsin media market to be able to watch the Packers.
You may not agree with everything she does. You may want the GOP to control the Senate. But it’s foolish to say she hasn’t represented working people in Wisconsin during her two terms as our senator:
