On Friday, the city of Memphis released four videos capturing an encounter earlier this month between Tyre Nichols and five ex-police officers who have been charged with murder, assault, and kidnapping. The release of the videos—from police body cameras and a camera mounted on a utility pole—spurred protests across parts of the country, including in Memphis and Milwaukee.
