Kristin is contemplating making the jump to an electric car, so it is serendipitous that we got talk to Gregory Nemet, Professor of Public Affairs at UW Madison, about the different policies in place right now to encourage people to make he switch. Greg’s research focuses on understanding the process of technological change and the ways in which public policy can affect it.
